We had a pipe burst right in the middle of our home! An absolute nightmare!!! We immediately called SERVPRO of NE San Diego County. This company is awesome! I had a problem with my wall swelling and bubbling. It was pouring rain and I knew they wouldn't come on short notice with people having serious issues in line before me BUT THE LADY ON THE PHONE SENT SOMEONE RIGHT AWAY!

Recommended by USAA, after a water leak, SERVPRO responded within the hour and set up drying and repairing my home. Within a day or two they removed all damaged drywall and cabinets and dried up all the water. They had excellent customer service and I would use again.

Not only were they able to respond immediately, but everyone that I spoke with was responsive, compassionate to my situation, and gave me honest advice on what steps I needed to take next. If you have a loss at your home or business, I highly recommend you give this company a call! A+ for sure!!

The office staff was very knowledgeable. The technicians that came to my home were very professional and courteous. They made sure that they did not overdo the demolition by taking out any more than what was necessary. Great care was taken to preserve as much of the integrity of our home as possible. We had a flood in our house and our insurance company referred us to SERVPRO for flood restoration and content removal. It is been two months for us to get everything back to normal and their team in each division has been nothing but professional,courteous and detailed.I would highly recommend them.

They removed the mold and water damage quickly and professionally. They arranged the pre and post tests necessary for clearance so I didn't need to worry about anything. I would definitely use their service again.

Juan came out within an hour on a Saturday and tested the area for moisture and gave prompt advise on what to do. Thankfully, the damage wasn't severe so emergent treatment was not necessary, which gave me huge relief. Best of all, he did not charge anything since no treatment was necessary. What a great local company!

Highly recommend this company! The response time of the team that helped out was extremely fast, professional and courteous. We had a water heater failure and a river was running through my garage and dining room but because of the team all those issues were minimized. Great team and great company!
