Fires start in the home more than you would think. If you were to break down the items in each room that could potentially start a fire, there would be a long list! Most of them including electronics or appliances that are left plugged in or fire flames that are unattended in the kitchen or even from a candle! Always keep an eye on open flames and unplug electronics and appliances when they are not in use to help prevent the chances of a house fire starting in your home. A fire can create large amount of damage in small amounts of time so it's better to be safe than sorry and try your best to keep your home in good shape to prevent fires.
