Flooding from upstairs bathroom.
It was just another day for this homeowner when she noticed this brown spot on her ceiling in her kitchen dining room. Directly above this area is their upstairs bathroom. It turns out there was a pipe leaking water for who knows how long and it was collecting in the downstairs ceiling, causing discoloration. It was a slow leak that was going on and she had no idea until the spot showed up. After a plumber found the cause and fixed it, our team came in to remove the affected drywall and replaced it with new walling. This is a good reminder to always check areas of your home for damage especially if they are located close to a water source.
